To be eligible for any return or refund, it is mandatory to record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video should be clear and taken from the beginning before the package is opened.

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from the box, you must send us the unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Only then will we be able to accept your return or issue a refund.

Refund Processing Time and Method

Once we receive a refund request from your end, we will process it according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, as detailed below:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking):
    The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source. While the initiation of the refund takes 1–2 business days, it may take approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or card statement.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    Refunds for COD orders will be issued in the form of a gift voucher or coupon code equivalent to the full order value, which can be used for future purchases on our store.
